Carole - Assistant Lyons - Thil Branch |
| The youth and energy of the Lyons
team and the excellent work atmosphere are what really
worked to make Carole feel at home! |
Assistant at the Lyons branch since
December 2001, when Carole said "Yes" to Transports
Graveleau, she meant it with all her heart. The Group's
reputation, its international outlook, not to mention
its development prospects, all conspired to win her over
with the promise of a positive, secure future!
To ensure her seamless integration into the group, Carole
was given the full treatment: a warm welcome, time spent
in the different departments of the Lyons site, a tour
of head office and the chance to meet the various people
she would be working with, branch visits, etc. |

Marc - Sales Representative - Marseilles Branch |
| Marc's love of meeting people and
rising to new challenges finds an outlet at Graveleau. |
If you'd ever set your sights on joining
Transports Graveleau as sales representative, you'd
know that the day it actually happens is the day the real
challenge begins!
Having spent 2 years at the Orléans branch, Marc
now has his sights set on Marseilles. Regular training,
possibilities for expansion and the chance to carry through
individual projects are what are currently motivating
Marc to apply for a position as branch manager.
He'll have plenty of time to reflect upon his ambitions
during his weekends, which he likes to spend with his
family, looking after his 21-month-old daughter and indulging
in his favourite sport, sailing. |

Frédéric - Driver |
| Frédéric's recipe
for happiness is to make sure there is never a dull moment,
either in your private life, or at work. So far, it seems
to be working for him! |
Born in Anjou, but having adopted Toulouse
as his home town, Frédéric was obviously
born with the travel bug! Thirty-four years old and a
driver with GRAVELEAU, Frédéric likes
to return to his home base once he's completed his assignments.
Frédéric loves to get back to his two little
daughters and wife, a driving addict, just like her husband.
After a good spell out on the road, in the company of
his work mates, Frédéric leaves behind the
friendly atmosphere to get back to his family and indulge
in the pleasures of mountain-biking or DIY. |

Emmanuel - Branch manager at Croissy-Beaubourg |
| As far as Emmanuel is concerned,
working for Graveleau has allowed him to flourish in his
personal life, as well as in his working life. |
Branch manager with Graveleau
for 1 1/2 years, Emmanuel enjoys his close relationship
with his management and head office as he doesn't feel
cut off should any problems crop up at his branch. He
was certainly quick to seize the opportunity Graveleau
offered him of developing his skills with its in-house
training programmes in recruitment, management, etc.
Currently living in Auxerre, thanks to the introduction
of the 35-hour week, he now has enough time to head home
for the weekend and play tennis for hours on end with
his mates. |

Miloud Handling operator VITRY |
| The feeling that you're part of
a big family, where everyone can communicate effortlessly,
really means you can flourish. |
Handling operator with Graveleau
for 2 1/2 years, Miloud is in charge of loading transport
vehicles. Living just 5 minutes away from the site where
he works, he can take full advantage of his work shift
(2 - 9.30 p.m.) to take care of any administrative formalities
and practice a bit of sport.
He has already seen the development possibilities open
to him at Graveleau, even at his own branch, like
the handling operators who went on to become drivers or
those who joined the computer maintenance team.
Miloud views his future within the company in total peace
of mind. |

Franck - Hot Line computer department - La Verrie |
| Striking the right balance between
your work and your private life makes you more efficient
in the one and more relaxed in the other! |
Even if you're a computer freak you
can still land a job at Transports Graveleau! Take
Franck for instance, who now works as a computer engineer
at La Verrie. Being a scientist, Franck naturally weighed
up all the pros and cons in advance: private life + professional
life.
Comfortably settled on a site surrounded by beautiful
countryside, with the sea just a stone's throw away, Franck
also has the added advantage of a calm, positive work
atmosphere, where team spirit really has the chance to
flourish.
Not only that, but the 35-hour week gives him more free
time to see his family, get away on his motorbike or don
his studs for a game of football with his mates. |
