• September 2001 Joël GRAVELEAU officially hands over to Philippe TARDIEU At a meeting held on 4 September 2001 at LA VERRIE (85), the board of directors of GRAVELEAU S.A. appointed Philippe TARDIEU as Company Chairman to succeed Joël GRAVELEAU, holder of the position since 1985 and formerly Manager of SARL Transports GRAVELEAU since the Company's inception in 1966. Joël GRAVELEAU retains his position as Director on the board of SFG, the Group's holding company. Having transferred the balance of its stock (25%), SFG is now 95% owned by DACHSER France with Bernhard SIMON as its Chairman and Managing Director, a member of the DACHSER board and grandson of Thomas DACHSER, founder of the Bavarian Company.
